MAJOR MEDICAL HEALTH INSURANCE
If you are in relatively good heath, you may qualify for an affordable individual health insurance plan or if you currently have an individual health insurance policy, we would like the opportunity to improve upon your benefits and your cost. MINI-MED HEALTH PLAN
If you do not qualify or cannot afford major medical health insurance, you WILL qualify for a mini-med health plan through Allstate. This is a true health insurance plan with annual limits. The plan allows you to pay a co-pay when you see your doctor and also has a prescription drug benefit. It is designed like a traditional health insurance plan with networks and deductibles, but has annual maximums that are much lower than major medical insurance. SHORT TERM DISABILITY
One of the greatest accomplishments SEIU negotiated for you was the chance to enroll in Short Term Disability insurance. If you are unable to work due to an accident or illness, Allstate will pay you a disability benefit for up to six months. LIFE INSURANCE
You can protect your family and /or your assets with Life Insurance. We offer a 20 year term life policy for you, your spouse and your children. We waive most health questions, allowing more people to qualify even if they have been previously turned down. GROUP ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Whether or not you have insurance, this is an inexpensive way to add injury benefits for you and your family. For just a few dollars a week, Allstate will pay cash for initial treatments up to $500, follow up visits, hospital stays and more.
